What is the Saudi Arabia Talent Acquisition Summit ?

An event aimed at sharing global practices in talent attraction and its integration with marketing methodologies to attract new candidates to our organizations, using and integrating the digital tools used by the experts. New technologies have created a disruption in the methodology and in the way on how to attract talent for our organizations. Challenges are now how we promote our Employer Brand and how we deliver a new experience to the applicants.

Toni Gimeno - Spain

Creator of the Inbound Recruiting methodology, entrepreneur and inbound lover. I was the creator of the Inbound Recruiting Methodology. I have personally co-created and implemented Employer Branding and Inbound Recruiting strategies in companies such as Amazon, Adecco, Bureau Veritas, CaixaBank, Consultia IT, Chevyplan, Hospital Clínic, L'Oreal, Primark, Salsa, StreamLoots, SegurCaixa, Spring Profesional or Freshly Cosmetics among others. I have trained more than 9000 HR professionals and I have given more than 600 conferences and workshops on Inbound Recruiting, Employer Branding and Talent Attraction.

In addition, I was one of the founders of Talent Clue, HR software, where we helped attract talent and improve the Employer Branding of more than 500 companies such as McDonald's, PepeJeans, Accenture, Volkswagen, Wurth, Telepizza, Securitas Direct, Iberdrola or Decathlon.

Thanks to all these projects I have been able to test and see results of this methodology in all types of positions, from profiles of telemarketers or forklifts to IT profiles, engineers, commercials or financial directors. And now, I want to share with you all these learnings, in a super practical as well as strategic way, whatever the profile you want to attract or your type of company

Carlos López - USA

LHR Americas Founder & CEO with more than 20 years’ experience, he has created regional strategies to attract talent in Latin America for Saudi Aramco, Sabic and Ecopetrol (Colombian State Oil Company). Visionary and passionate about technology and its application in recruitment, he has led, together with his development team, the RIS® platform that includes ATS and artificial intelligence for job portals and for massive processes (job fairs).

As Chairman of the Board of Directors, he has led the consolidation of Grupo Ohla, the most important Sales and Marketing outsourcing player in Latin America.

With direct presence in 12 countries in the region, headquarters in Miami, 60,000 employees and more than 100 of the most respected regional and global companies as customers.

It partnered with LHR Americas to create LHR Global, expanding its talent acquisition, headhunting, placement and staffing services in Saudi Arabia and the UAE from the oil and gas sectors to infrastructure services, tourism, retail and financial sectors.

Currently Juan Fernando is in the process of learning and supporting the local ecosystem, in the development of Web knowledge and absorption. Decentralization, blockchain technologies, and the token-based economy are here to stay and our industry will be affected by the technologies behind these concepts. We are responsible not only for not being left behind or without them, but for being proactive and leading the development of the industry in these areas. Former president of the MIT Harvard Club Colombia, Latin American director of the Harvard Alumni Association and currently liaison of Harvard Business School in Colombia.

An accomplished HR leader with 16 years of experience leading comprehensive HR and shared services functions. I have delivered multiple organizational restructuring projects in several companies and managed several corporate transformation and human resources projects that ensured that the business is up for the next coming challenges.

One of the skills I have practiced and acquired as a Human Resource leader and business partner is to optimize budget and expenses to ensure a higher level of efficiency in division performance.

Abdullah Alfadhel - KSA

Abdullah has around 15 years of experience working in the field of talent acquisition in the Saudi market. During his career he was part of the technical assistance team supporting government entities, local companies, and multinationals.

Meanwhile, Abdullah holds the position of Managing Director of the company "Fisheye – Executive Search" in Saudi Arabia, where he and his team have served hundreds of clients both governmental, semi-governmental, local, and international entities in the local market. He was able to attract high-level local and international professionals to the Saudi market over the past decade.

Elisa Grimaldi - Qatar

An engineer and competitive athlete with 20 years of experience in international recruitment working in Colombia, UK, USA, Qatar, Spain, and Italy. Specialized in automation of recruitment processes, career coaching and employee engagement.

I am in charge of leading Teamtailor in Spain and LATAM, one of the fastest HR- Tech companies in Europe. Previously, I worked in the Recruitment Industry, where I delivered Executive Search projects (from managers to C-Level) and talent strategy for clients in the Financial Services Industry. I led the sales strategy and execution of the Insurance practice and reached the revenue target each quarter.

Luis Betancourt - Colombia

Colombian and recognized expert in Latin America, in the world of Digital Marketing, with more than 17 years’ experience.

Lecturer and author of a Digital Marketing course, called TacticoMD, with lifetime access so that all members of the community can learn without much technicality or anxiety.
