What happens if I get hired?
During the entire process, an LHR representative will be assisting you at all times. If you have any questions or doubts, we will be there to guide you. All the stages after getting hired depend solely on the company who hires you. In most of the cases, we coordinate mobilization for the employee and his/her family. This generally includes:
- Visa processing
- Medical evaluation
- Induction Program (for candidates and families) to other countries
- Contracts, Insurance and other issues related
- Travel Coordination (air tickets, hotels etc.)
